SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

Horse's Mouth uses SMS to send one-time verification codes (OTP) to confirm your phone number during account setup and login. This is the only type of SMS message sent from our platform number.

You opt in by entering your phone number in the Horse's Mouth app and tapping "Verify" to request a verification code. By doing so, you explicitly consent to receive a one-time passcode via SMS from Horse's Mouth. No messages are sent to you without this action.

The following screenshot shows the exact opt-in screen in the Horse's Mouth app. The consent disclosure is displayed directly below the phone number field and Verify button, clearly visible before the user takes any action:

One-time verification codes only, sent when you request them. We do not send marketing messages, recurring notifications, or any other unsolicited messages.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent.
